As a quorum was not achieved, there was an informal meeting and the principal agenda item discussed was the status of the ReadAssist website, which needs to be moved as quickly as possible to a new host/server. The charge for a server is under $50 ($6.95 per month, payable monthly) and therefore does not need approval by the Board. Dorsett will set up the space at Hosting Matters, Poggiani will send the pages to McComb, McComb will upload. This will take several days, but should be complete very soon.
Ratification of this action is requested by email vote.
The next meeting is scheduled for June 11, 2005.
